Return & Shipping

Thanks for shopping at WOO, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the returns note, stating your order number and the items you are returning. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, this can take up to 14 days. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the payment method that was used when placing the order.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange
We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse. If you need a different item, then you’ll need to place a new order.

Shipping
We work with different shipping rates, this depends on the country of delivery. The shipping of the packages is provided by DPD.

Payments

With regard to all payments to WOO the customer will follow the payment instructions as stated in the order procedure and according to one of the payment methods as stated on the Website. WOO is free to choose which payment methods it offers on its website and to change the choice of payment methods should it feel the need to do so.

Payment with Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe is a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet, WOO uses there technique to accept your payment.
When you pay with Stripe, you agree to the terms and conditions supplied by Stripe. All your confidential information is exchanged through secure pages and connections.
